Some parts shine, others fall flat
The location is perfectly central and relaxing, with easy access to beautiful beaches and great evening entertainment! The staff is incredibly friendly and eager to assist, providing a warm atmosphere! !
The inconsistent food service was disappointing, especially during peak meal times. Furthermore, a mix-up with room arrangements caused unnecessary frustration for our family.

We stayed in the Comfort Family Room, and it was really big and clean. The outdoor space was nice, and I appreciated how spacious it felt. Just a bummer about the pull-out bed situation for my daughter. not the best sleeping arrangement. Plus, the activities were fun, but they stopped at 5 pm, which was a letdown since we wanted to play in the evenings.
