The staff at the hotel were very kind and nice, welcoming us after a long drive. I appreciated the amenities in the room like climate control, a personal safe, and multi-channel television. The service met our expectations and was excellent.

As a solo traveler, I loved the friendly staff, great location, and the awesome Kids Club that allowed me to indulge in spa treatments and explore.

The hotel also offered free parking, free Wi-Fi in public areas, and a 24-hour reception and security. The bar and lounge area was a great place to hang out and enjoy a drink, and the restaurant served delicious meals. The location of the hotel was incredible, with easy beach access and a private beach for ultimate relaxation. our stay was mind-blowing and we were incredibly happy with our experience.

I absolutely loved the beautiful and cozy decor of Veranda Grand Baie Hotel & Spa. The interiors were tastefully designed with a touch of Creole charm, making it feel warm and inviting. The general areas, whether it was sitting under the shade of a filao tree or soaking up the sun, were perfect for relaxation. As a senior, I found the hotel to be very accessible, with well-maintained pathways and easy navigation throughout the property.

If I were to ask for one thing to enhance the vacation experience for senior people, I would suggest that the children working there be more attentive to the needs of older guests. Although the staff overall was polite, I would have appreciated a bit more assistance and promptness in service.
